QL60 bosses drop this once in a blue moon. Your best bet is to plow through QL58 team missions--dozens of them.

What ql of Mass Relocating Robot is needed to make sure this tool can be used for all ql's of armor? AnarchyArcanum states you only need one of ql 40 or higher, but I wanted to confirm this before I "wasted" my PPPE!

Ive seen a QL14 make QL200 armor, to be safe and to show off make it a high QL though :P Not widely used any more but still useful.

Just found one from a dyna in WW, all the loot was ql60, it's marked as 70 on the map.

Identically to Heptagram above, I just found it 3 minutes ago on a dyna in WW, all loot was QL60 although dyna was marked as 70 on CSPMap. Good hunting!

I just spent 2 days rolling 58 mishes on lvl 65 froob nt of mine, just 1hour ago I got my soft pppe =), it seems like all of the bosses are 60 as mentioned on post(s) above. Happy hunting guys!
