Ironically this weapon is almost useless. Martial Artists use their fists and feet, they generally do not wield weapons. My Martial Artist had this weapon equipped and then someone convinced me to remove it. Sure enough, after removing the weapon my attack rating went up.

but if you have enough martial arts, you can attack with this AND your fists, meaning you get more attacks in a round. with all the damage adds MAs get (rage+normal) a higher attacks per minute can add up. you will go from 24~ to 35~ attack per min if you have enough MA for combined attack.
