Its found where Nanunin says, it drops about 1/4, but this +20 drops about 1/24, because there's vests from +15 to +20

Proff Van Horn is a white rhinoman in the Rhinoman valley in NL desert. He has apprx 100k HP. Team of 120ish should take him easy, if they can get him alone that is ;)

The drop of the vest is 5% (random QL I suppose), the other 95% he drops a journeyman durable boost, he drops one or the other

dunno how many times i've killed him myself or just been there when he was killed. approx. 40 times and i saw 4 20+, 2 below and ~20 boosts dropped. so the droprate really is a pain in the ass.

reqs for this are really not an issue, capped str + symbs and got plenty...
Need to cap strenght anyway (rhand symb).. and str is easy enough to buff too.

Nanoprogramming though, if your not planning on using it (I.E. a Nanomage enforcer, where this would be *OVERPOWER* at around level 60-80, where you can twink this on without problems), it would be shabby to have to waste IP's on the nanoprogramming, to get the 450-500+ Base you'd need, since buffs @ NP is so lousy... highest OB you can get is +92 - GL with that. this is for NP proffs (tradeskilling traders / engies, or MP's / NT's), IF they go nanomage.. most traders and engies go soli, and Nanomage MP's is just pure gimps now post-AI... Atrox is definantly funcom's lovechildren. even trox docs dominate now, due to all the nanoskill enhancers you can get. nanomages doesnt really have advantages anymore, exept @ enfo's, for the large nanopool. (even soli enfo nanopools are lousy...)

+160 NP from HQ, +20 Expertise, +92 MP buff, +210 1k token board at lvl 100 and various tutoring/trickle-downs. Don't need to put much IP into NP...just get it to about 258 self buffed to stay out of OE

wouldnt want to go trox on my doc... yeah the low hp is sometimes annoying but when im soloing in inf i need as much nano as possible... you just cant rely singley on nanodelta/rechargers when chain casting heals and high dot's

Bit late on the reply, but yes. Prof. Horn was randomized at 20min spawns just like all the other uniques. Makes camping him easier but he is still a loot Nazi.
