Unfinished Bracelet of Arul Saba Icon #151026 The basic structure of this bracelet is partially complete. Currently 1 section of bracelet circuitry has been added to the blueprint. Another section of bracelet circuitry can still be added to this bracelet. You are able to complete the bracelet even though it is in an unfinished state, by encasing it in silver. If you do that now, however, this bracelet will only be able to have a single Arbiter Gem attached. It will not be possible to add more sections of bracelet circuitry once it has been encased in silver. This bracelet will only fit on the right wrist. This is a tradeskill item.
