You can also (very rarely) see Jesses for sale in Superior Weapons booths, though the QL will be random between 100 to 125. Got several pairs of QL 101s when I saw them by chance.

Slot Right hand, Left hand, yes it they can be dual wielded if you have enough multi ranged. Multi ranged 255
