OT M-10.3 Flechette Pistol Icon #113994 Omni-Tek doesn't like the ballistic qualities of the frag-flechette round, so it tends to stick with the idea of a long, narrow, dense penetrator. Combined with an ETE action, the M-10 is the equal of the frag-flechette, and more accurate. On the 10.3 version, the problem with the vibrating penetrator has been solved by mounting stabilizing beams along its surface. A self-cleaning KO-CR device has also been added, and is probably the reason why the OT M-10.3 is called "the office drawer pistol," due to its popularity with middle-class OT employees.
