I got a ql 155 from Uncle Pumpkin Head in an oldskool mission today, at halloween '06 :)
no idea if the Premium drops too though

I know the lower qls drop, I found a bunch of ql 5-30 in the subway(lol) I dont see why it wouldnt drop in other qls.

hm... got two Ql200s. I also have to revise my previos comment. For a hotswap happy soldier, using it for a monster burst + fling, it might still do huge damage, followed by an aimedshot out of a ql200 supernova, and then firing the fullauto out of a perennium blaster, and if you were lucky and hit all these 4 specials capped, the PvP opponent is pretty much dead.

They drop from Uncle Pumpkin-Head either in missions (I want old school phatz!) or from Griefing UPH
