These seem to be the "Item-to-Find" in some "Return Item" Rubi Ka missions. Repetedly right-clicking them used to cause other people to lag so much they disconnected and they were used a lot in duels (look at the lack of lockout on the 11.0 Version) but FunCom added the lockout and they're not used anymore. Much.
