mostly junk, if you need a backpiece with treatment, find Biomech Cloaks. And anyone can wear Biomech.

Neleb's Nano-circuit Robe -> looks awful
any self-respecting docter would rather die a few times more often because of the lower AC's then be seen in a purple robe!

I must be the only one who likes the way Neleb's robe looks. To bad they dont have a Wizard Type hat to go with it. I used it from lvl 36-75 till Reanimator's Cloak. Reanimator's looks like something from a psycho ward but better stats.

Yes, that's where I picked it up. I was only doc in the team, so I got it.
Stamina req is not too bad, but as my strength is about 80 I doubt I will ever get it on!
I like Biomare, and if you are a doc at lvl 50 but running Mochams you can hold your own in a team of level 70's, so get lots of xp. A lot better than TOTW.

drop from neutralizers. +7 treatment for 165 sta/151 str? hell yes!
Lowest +7 biomech cloak is ql 123, requiring 342 psy / 311 sta. bleh, why bother if the doc tank is so much easier to equip
