This is one of the "breakable" debuffs. Really only usefull for adds as a ghetto calm.

Works also fine when as low lvl doc in subway you encounter some stupid pvp title collector. Usually trader. Simply start with this and he'll realize that his drains suddenly take ages to cast. Then you follow, renewing this if it brakes with dots, normal hits, nukes and if guy isn't really good you ll soon get priv with "WTF URE OS BUFFED U LOOSER!!!" :P
