I've charmed VH in Ely with Inveigle Support.

Not only can it charm ely hecklers, TMD can charm Adonis hecklers with Brain Freeze. Pen hecklers have too much psychic, even with the debuff. Once you can cast it, this will be your only stable charm until 195. Luckily, you won't have any problems finding a pet with it.
