Very nasty that it has a level requirement though;
agents with Ruse of Taren could easily use the ql 200 at lvl 100 or so...

At level 40ish i got over 700 conceal... 300ish base, Ruse of Taren Phase 1, and Fp Advy, Leet form for another +200 :)
And conceal isnt imped or anything either.....
