i think so, azzy is lvl 70
And this is about double his lvl..

Provided you have pet heals and the pet is trimmed to keep aggro, you can take azzy with much lower than this.

Just checked - killed azzy with the highest shop buyable droid - Executive Secretary Droid. It is important to have an increase aggressiveness trimmer, though.
