Drops from the entvineds at Port New Thera in the Reck. The Entvined General has the best drop rate.

it's kinda hard to argue with this.. sure it's not as high as it could be but 5% + AS/SA for only a -100 penalty.. and no hit to nano init.. Seems like a good trade off unless you absolutely have to have all the criticals.
