Rollable means you can get it as a reward for a mission.... It does appear to be rollable but doesn't come up often :@

Look down a few.
Superior Omni-Med Enhancement is the best.
Suprised nobody posted it in here by now =/

yeah, i dont understand the way auno have sorted the nanos.. i mean the database is great and so on, but when it comes to nanos i go aodb.info...

Wow it must be so hard when the 'stupid' doc is still using gargantuan in Ado, and not SOME...I mean...those extra 70 hit points against an ado heck can really make or break your day! /sarcasm...
btw, my doc is only level 130, and i have it already :)
