72 blinds fired - 13 was countered by Nano Resist the rest all landed. Was using DB sleeves aswell.

its like landing ubt on soldiers...at least i assume that some of the use it, yet it always lands on first try

This item is not broken. I own this item and the normal Ancient Vision Preservation Unit (100% blind resist) and i casted the NT blind on myself about 50 times in a row, and not one blind landed.
I did however cast the AOE blind on myself and it landed on the first try in my NCU... BUT, the aoe blind didnt blind me NOR did it lower my AR....so something is bugged with the NT AOE blind when casted on a target.

The Aoe Blind Casts 2 Nanos in your ncu , 1 is the blind the other casts The Blind on the enemys arround you

you dont make it, you loot it from either a PB in albtraum or from the keeper of tortured souls in the same place

you do make it, you infuse the ancient vision preservation device with a dust brigade notum infuser ;)
