The 2 minute lockout needs to just be removed... letting traders continually drain someone/thing for -250 damage for +200 isn't going to do much, pvp-wise, don't even have time to cast this lol...
If they want to make it nice, why not -1000 damage for +750.. now THERE I could see 2 minute cap on!

is there rly any reason for this in pvp once youve drained your target of 600+ AR

It actually hels tons vs sneak attack, FA, burst, AS etc. Lower dmg output of the target = No more caps.

You mean more like 1.5k (both drains and corporate protection).

With both nanite drains, proc drains (204 and 136) and corporate protection, you are draining a total of 1640 AR from your target (maybe toss in incompetence for -20 more? overkill?)
Thats -990 skill and -650 aao, while giving the trader +890 skill and +300 aad. Effecively, your defensive rating compared to the drained target in pvp is almost 2000 points higher (-1640 ar from them in drains and 300 more defense to you, 1940 point swing), and thats assuming their weapon isnt OE in addition. Makes almost any weapon setup viable in pvm and pvp.
This nano looks completely pvm motivated, it wont do much sizeable in pvp at lvl 215+.
