Shame the cost is so high, but this is pure love. Heals almost 3x as much as Hack and Quack does due to higher marks and fast ticks. With maxed nanocost, Genius 2 perk will completely refill the dent done by the steep nano cost, regardless of nano delta (even on atrox).

Guess I should have clarified, during the duration of the HoT, Genius 2 will be able to be used twice, which will completely refill the 2200 nano used (if you are atrox with capped nano cost) regardless of nano delta.
