Thats the flag set on you from wearing http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=270753 , you must wear that to cast this nano (its unfinished at time of this post, stats will most likely changed on the item)

hot isnt OVERpowered, the nerfing most pvp enfs will have to make via HUD slot/unperking NR will mean this just helps even out the cocoon nerf a little

Well, even IF they made it FP'able.. you still need an ENF nanodeck to use it

o btw that version has be updated it was broken on auno for a while its actually 510 HoT still better then bio R <3

which part of the quest do you get this one, cause thats where i'd stop :p

this u can self cast at 215 with cm, using nano hud 3, comm relays 20+, dust brig gloves and nano boots, 20 from comp nano, 10 perks into nano combat, brings u out around 20-30points more than needed.

or was it chest that added nano skills.. i know 2 of them add nano skills from first db cave =) gl ubernerss for BS :d

Yes, got nerfed. Pretty quickly too. Btw DB boots are locked at 216 ;)

No, all the professional decks trigger the same flag currently, so you would need agent deck and visual prof on this nano, AND a way to get a quest nano without being that prof (I suggest agents be allowed to redo quests in FP to get those nanos). A lot of time and effort, but could be fun :)

Gonna loose the HP boost , Nanocost gehts higher, Taunt gets lowered to 20k , in upcoming rebalance . Healing will be be same over Time ,6 SecTick instead of 2 sec Tickrate with 3 Times stronger Ticks .

I remember i killed lvl 1 leets and reets with mongo aoe dmg, lol.

Doesnt really make sense to talk about the preliminary nano balance. The second edition looks different than the one described by Dollcet. And its likely going to change again...
