Yes, it does, because AT and FAT are in the same Nanoline, and this isn�t.

Soldier can never get enough AR, and before you do a full reset from leveling (pistol smg anyone?) you can't get the highest AR anyway, any means to raise it is nice.

58 NCU for +30 AllOff isn't that great for a TL5 sol that still has NCU issues, even if it stacks with FAT I'm gonna wait with actually using it unless I have plenty NCU spare (ie. Soloing and not OSBd).

not really that hard to get 700+ NCU on a tl5 sol, since hardcore NCU/compilers/sink/range are kinda useless you can put some nice NCU's in.. so no, this is not an NCU issue for tl5 sold.. heck, im even casting the AC buffs just to fill it all up :P
