Brooch of Penumbra Icon #269389 This is a lovely blue brooch, framed with pearlized platinum - Small blue veins running through the metal indicate the presence of notum embedded within. There is a small tag on the back, which displays the following information in your NCU:

Blue luminite has been carefully carved to display an ancient Xan symbol in this intaglio-style relief, framed with Penumbra's famous notum-enriched platinum. Though these materials are hard to come by, the great mystic theurge Jaden Next lets naught stand in the way of his metaphysical exploration. Now you, too, can experience the thrills and beauty of the arcane Shadowlands."
The blue stone set upon it's surface displays a very odd mark, looking much like a triangle with a half-circle near the top. On occasion, when jostled, small sparks will travel through the stone, a radiant blue glow highlighting the carvings on it's surface.
