Cuz Silliron has an extreme hatred towards MAs.
This thing is proof, as with all of the other OFAB MA items.

If you actually looked at the proper peice of armor its resist stun/calm. Quite useful if you have this, motr and unstunnable perked then crats will be having a lil trouble...

well at the time I didnt know stun and calm is the same (which if you've never known before... sounds freaking stupid)
