This weapon can still use parry, just has no req for it...that's IF someone could use it but I really doubt because it would make melee vs melee battles too long compared to ranged vs ranged. It would mess up too
much the balance of the evade system.

May be the "best" but for normal people, just not worth the effort of farming 40k VP and 12 clumps for around +150 damage...
