Has anyone had success in finding this? I've found the Sunrise, Daytime, and Sunset at Meetmedere but no Dusk.
I've heard this may be created through some tradeskill process or not in game. Anyone able to enlighten me? I could have swown I saw a Yalmaha 29610 - Dusk flying around on the live server a couple of days ago.

yes, but the dusk upgrade isn't in-game on the production servers ... "live server" means "test live".
