afaik, you don't. Bazzits Shop is the only place I know of the sells (Upgrade Kits) Not to be confused with (Paint kits) sold in Tower Shop. However Neither Pearl or Obsidian Kits can be found in shop (someone please correct me if you have EVER seen one outside of Database rip)

It is ingame now(18.0), rumor tells it has been so since 17.0 some say 17.6
You can get it in the Bazzits shop
Be aware that it has another icon and (smaller) price tag than the other AI yalms.
