I love this Perk omg it helps in SL in heck teams.
Volkanov @ 2005-11-13 05:56
It's great at low level, still good at high also it just doesnt heal that much at that level considering its meant to scale with MA. 2k MA heals me 1300.

Goodie :)
furay @ 2006-03-13 15:52
heals 300 + (MA/2) ?
aminenf @ 2006-12-22 18:24
heals me 1200-1300 at 198
gergiskoo @ 2008-10-06 00:37
furay that works as a rough estimate for high MA skill, but i think the scaling is different below a certain point
Binarybot @ 2009-12-14 09:59
Think it starts with 250+ MA skill, and scales accordingly. If its similar to other perk actions, might be something like 250+MA*0.6. Looking at Volkanov's post, that would be fairly close using a formula like that.

Special Forces (Field Bandage) works that way using First Aid skill, and Balance of Yin and Yang works similar with Dimach.

Hmm, tried to calculate this with what Binarybot (250+MA*0.6) and furay (300+(MA/2) said but with about 620 MA skill my lvl 60 MA is able to heal himself something between 700-740. (250+620*0.6=622 / 300+(620/2)=610) so I would like hear are there any more accurate or at least other ways to calculate this that those two? Any suggestions?

Tested on a new MA. At 715 skill, was getting 803-851 as amount healed. Then I noticed that there are multiple Red Dawn entries in the database. Each go from ql 1-500, so you take MA skill divided by 2, and find the associated perk. It looks like it doesnt quite match up (where ql 307 of this perk does 710-772, but ql 357 does 785-857, which matches the range I saw in my tests). At about 1k MA skill, it swaps to the other perk, which starts at 1000-1100. The min heal stays locked from 1k to 2k MA skill, but the max scales up to 1500.

So no more formula guessing. Doing MA/2 in the ql of this perk will get you close. I'd have to roll another lvl 25 MA to check it with lower stats to see if MA/2+50 is the correct ql range, which seems to be the case at 715 MA skill.

High ql version of this perk (over 900 MA skill, most likely over 1k?) is found here:
