checking attack modifier makes this perk action more useful for weapon profs than for nano users =(

Think Alien Bosses... This is more a PvM than PvP Action. Aliens can kick out some big nukes. -20% is alot.

Getting this one to hit an Alien Boss is more or less impossible for profs with low AR, like Docs.
Wierd though that a 160 NT got NanoFeast hit all AI-Ship-Bosses everytime,
while 2 Docs (214 & 216) failed everytime, although the Docs AR was higher then every single skill of the NT (cyberdeck shows AR, dunno what AO calcs with here).
Would work fine on Inferno Bosses (which seem to never resist any perk at all), if they would nuke while BotConf runs,
and not 5s after it wore off or before its recharged :)

a typical example how fc is leaving things half done.
it seems they think ar is computed by "what kind of weapon is equipped" (in the hand(s)) and "what skill does the player have with this weapon" (incl buffs). this is of course the easy way.
ar should be computed by how much damage can this player deal. in my case - as a mp:
1. what is the highest nuke uploaded - how high is nanoc-init
2. which attackpet is cast and which buffs are running on it
i cant belief my ar is too low because i have asmodian equipped *while* my pet is full buffed and hitting up to 1400 (biazu) *and* i'm chainnuking with 700-1500 every 2 sec.

Used to be that AR means "hit everytime" thus this was ideal with cyberdeck.
FC of course nerfed it, and now it means "never hits" thus this is useless for NTs.

Actually, for MPs to use this they would need to be sure to be wielding a weapon that uses TS as one of their weaponskills. Of all the various types of MP out there, the one most likley to land this perk would be the...gasp...creation weapon MP, who'll have a screaming high TS (and thus AR, since all creation weapons are TS 80% 1hb 20%) while pistoleros and bow users are out in the cold on this one.

The big shame that there's no decent 1hb creation weaps for tl7, or you'd see MP's breaking 'em out and perking damn near everything.

Docs don't have to have a low AR by definition! Got about 2040 self atm.

Wrong, this has no effect on perks, it affects nano damage only.
