QL 300 cant be equipped at low lvl's. But QL 250 can at lvl 15 or so. =P

Good one Sypiken.. You will have to be lvl 150+ to train AI Tech Expertise 3, so no using this at lvl 15.

look at what level alien tech expertise is needed... ATE 1 = 15... ATE 2 = 75... ATE 3 = 150.. IT DEPENDS ON THE QL. think a bit ppl. thats not illegal.

imo more HP = never wrong (if you can spare the NCU/inits that come with Sanct. keys that is) ;)
