for anyone who's interested this basically casts a 30sec buff that is Add all Off. Your lvl (eg if you're lvl 30 it will be add all off 30). Pretty useless at lower lvls. Better of with champion of nano combat IMO.

Actually, its for your pet, so a level 200 pet will have +200 addalloff, reguardless of your level...

it's your level taken as your bots AAF. for those that want proof:
"Modifier: Add All Off at level 147 147 (200 at lvl 200)"
my crat is 147, his droid is 200.

adds 220 aaf at lvl 220 crat ... with other aaf buffs and stuff makes pretty decent ar on your robot
