60 if you have access to AI armor, else it is close to impossible for a froob. Highest fixer buff is 43 at level 60, then you got 130 wrangle and 160 from 150 imps = 401 SMG base you have to have to get it on.

Even gaining 5 smg per level youd only get 300 by time u hit 60 maybe extra 50 from trickle down..

It's different from getting a QL 100 Panther on at 60, because enforcers have the +40 2he gloves. Fixers don't have anything like that

For pure MG/SMG (and burst of course, ILB's require you raise pistol) there is also the Russian Good Day. In Trader shops and now blitzable. Thats a possibility if you don't have enough MR to put on a second Blackbird yet.

For non-fr00bs, there are Kyr'Ozch machine pistols.

There is also the Sleekmaster Classic line, but that requires Ranged Energy.

personally for my 60 fixer twink, I just went for a tiig beamer. Similar damage range, and without outside buffs, the 650ish attack rating cap dosnt really make a difference.

My lvl 60 Fixer on RK3 is Wearing a Blinded Blackbird with a Gamma Ejector (I'm froob btw :D) And it works very good, in my GA 2 I'm able to solo Uki, khalum and atztur.... Thats all I want :)

�h... i dont think you can wear a BB as froob.... the smg / mg skill is too much^^ and the burst..

Yeah, OK, I'd like to see where a lvl 60 froob can get 500 MR from...you'd need close to, if not QL200 imps as there are no viable MR buffs to make up for the extra you need at lvl 60. never mind the burst since burst buffs are level capped....why do people come and lie about such things...it's not gonna do any good...

Alright so, level 100 trox soldier maxed all dependencies, SMG/MG + Burst.
MG/SMG: 399 base + 131wrangle + 20expertise + 185 imps(ql175) = 735
Burst: 332 base + 110 RC + 20 expertise + 92 imp(ql175) = 554

I cant really get any higher ql imps on... and I cant quite get the gun on.

Easy to get on at level 75 with 140ish implants + level 75 SMG buff + 131 wrangler.

Minor suppressor is the only fixer suppressor nano that is not self only.

u can get it on at lvl 49 with alot of twinking (it won't be OE) and AI armor but tiig is almost as good or maybe even better so why dont roll with tiig? (talking about the ql 125 one)

nvm made an calcing error :P u wont get this on at TL2 with GA 1 im rolling with 507 SMG at lvl 49 +56 from AI armor but then u still need 35 SMG to keap it off OE not sure how ur going to do that.....

grr got to just over 700 on a froob fixer at 60, not including some small things like lya sangi pants but it still wont get me to equiping it :(

Without doing the calcs, 500 multi ranged should be froob-possible at 68 (maybe earlier with BBQ shoulder pillow), as that used to be the slot when a froob fixer could dual wield gamma ejectors (495 multi). As usual, your twink may vary

There is a gun called Sito-Tech Model 00 you can hotswap for smg. A ql 36 gives +10.

Lol sorry for the double post but there is a soldier buff called Total Focus that gives +50 SMG and I mentioned the hot swappable gun above...

with ql 165+ implants, lya sangi pants, miy's ranged sleeves, bbq shoulder pillows, jugglers treat, perhaps a ransacking tower, ql 100 blackbirds may be dual wielded on a level 60 fixer. however, they will both be 75% oe once the wrangle is ended, so you might as well dual gamma ejectors (if you dont want to do all the tedious work of laddering those last few qls of smg/burst implants) for similar damage.
