you can find a nano charged rifle/assault rifle in a advanced or superior shop, but not too often.

pretty easy twinkage too...

if you can get ql80 imps on at lvl1 you can definately get this :p

ql80 imps aren't exactly easy at level 1 though. You get 278 (clinic+sfa+expertise+suit) treatment for free, plus another 15 or so from IP, but that still leaves you down 100 treatment, which is daunting but not totally insurmountable. But when you factor the basic stats in there, it gets really insane: 164 is pretty high, when even a trox only has like 16 str/stam at level 1. behe, ic, boost, and cushions only go so far (plus you'll probably need your hands free for a treatment rifle anyway). and laddering implants just sucks.

Well besides lvl 1 uber twinks, a slightly better alt to this is the kyr rifle at ql 50. Sure, it's got a lower cap, it's slower, and takes more skill, but it's got a higher min. and does poison dmg, which i think hecks and most other mobs in sl have a hole in. Plus you can, if you're lucky enough to be in an org that'll let u raid, and around the lvl a ql 50 would be ideal, just raid a lot for the rifle. The perens are always either A, really expensive, or B, to much crap to gather.
