bet it would OD the SPB, Same F/A recharge, same burst recharge pluss higher attack rating cap, and its not Soilder only... where does it drop?

@ Uglyduckie, although it has the same FA cycle as the SPB (5000) the recharge on this is 2.75secs as opposed to 1sec on the SPB. Therefore the FA cycle on this would be alot slower than the SPB....although I agree the higher AR cap would indeed be more desirable at higher lvl :)
