what u dont realize is this go's in the neck slot and so does cyborg token board(only way for shades to get that much cl) akaik they aint hotswapable

Compared to Paragon/Exemplar:
1) Same HP and Nano.
2) 300 more of every AC.
3) 30 more treatment and NCU.
4) 130 less RS
5) 250 less CL and NP
6) 160 less concealment
7) 75 less offense/defense
8) 30 less damage
9) 9 less exp
All in all a very good board for neuters.

With LE equipable by all shades (trox too). I did make a setup, but forgot to save it (doh!), but I can say that I got exactly 1750 CL with trox ^^

for equipping sigil on a 220 opi shade (extruder bar, ql300 city + gridhouse) without spending IP in nanoskills.
Replace power of the mind with gemini bracer for less trickle equip needed, but more IP. (going NR so dont feel like IPing even sense imp :p)
