Well in the description it says "spirit tech sword", from what I've seen alot of "spirit tech" stuff drops in the SL catacombs.....could be completely wrong but maybe it can be found there.

Keepers where supposed to be 1he+pistol from the beginning but i don't think they ever got the code working..

I always heard Keepers were supposed to be assault rifle in the beginning.
Could be interesting to use this with, either the Scheol quest shield or say:
