This version of the nano lends psychic power from the team, the more members you have in your team, the higher psychic requirements the target can have. Being the leader of a full team also gives you a boost.
This nano lasts much shorter than the solo version as you are enabled to mind control much higher level targets.

was able to use this to charm hecklers at 2 mountains, was the leader of the team at the time so i can't be sure if it will work otherwise since they are level 80.

Works with only having two people in team, log an alt to team with and have fun.
