Nope that would be:
On Use User Modify Nano resist -800
which is what "Stop notum flow" does (same perk line, earlier)
This one I assume increases dmg by 15% or something.. the first one's much better imho, but if you nuke a lot, maybe both together would be sweet.

Mean 15% lower dmg from Nano Attacks/perks

Wouldnt call it a exploit altho, since FC must have added the stats to it.

Well, they're closing it now, so i think it was a sploit for sure

And btw, since this is lvl210 - then i think a few lvl170 twinks could have smth really insane installed :)

It wasn't an exploit, it was a bug. Big difference.

did some maths with it. Docs could have got Dshark on, lvl 169-174 enfs could get special edition on... endless possibilities.

anyway good riddance it woulda spoiled the game tbh.

Actually, a bug and an exploit is the exact same thing, so no, not big difference. A shame they fixed it tho :(

A bug is only an exploit when you use it, IE purposefully using a bug = an exploit.

it was a bug that was being exploited.
