Ridiculous that the top perk action in power-up line requires some another perk to be running on the target, wtb a fix on this asap.

Ok I just looked into this and I would need a total of 3 other perks chained one after the other before I could land this....jesus thats just stupid, FIX plix FC.

Indeed, one of the worst perk lines for dmg perk actions... when and if they land there not that greta either. yet to have this land due to no one ever running Accelerate Decaying Quarks or waiting till ive perked energise.... reminds me of the 1he perk line... not sure what FC's teaming idea's where.. or if they wanted the MP to wear wierd weapons.

as of 17.8 - Power Combo, Power Up (L10) 75% dmg and No NCU removal without Accelerate Decaying Quarks running
