For Redeemed players, I've seen the ranged guides drop in Elysium from the named Unredeemed mob by the Redeemed Statue by Fallen Forest. Haven't seen where bigger ones drop (the melee equivalents drop from named indoor Redeemed/Unredeemed mobs in Ado and Penu for example), but I would guess named outdoor Redeemed/Unredeemed somewhere...

Confirmed drop of Ardent Pi-Shere near Fallen Forest Redeemed Statue in Elysium. Got one different guide for each kill so far, after three. QLs vary between 75 and 90.
