Looted QL 140 off of Visionist Man-Bhotaar Van in Penumbra at 2200x1075 (by entrance to The Pipe)

Looted QL 134 from Visionist Lum-Bhotaar Dal in Adonis at 1480 x 850 (under the ramp)

They seem to drop quite frequently off these mobs, just not in very high QL pairs. I've seen others drop aside from just those pairs I've looted.
