veil has a requirement of 440 int or something lol... thats pretty high if ur an atrox enf

Acctually its not tough at all. At 140 I had 400 int and would say as a trox enf you should have that much int at that lvl, otherwise your nano skills will hurt a bit. Imo atleast.

traders and enfs would be better off with the veil imo, unless they really really need NR.

Well considering at lvl 140 you still couldn't meet the requirements and CoH is a <111 dungeon your comment is really dumb imo.
