You can also pick them up in the core off some of the mini-bosses that wander around the area, I picked up one just near the outskirts of the Core.

Also got this in the core, from a regular mob.

Bought it in player shop, 12k - not worth the time hunting when you can have it so cheap (maybe I was lucky)

I heard that this stacks with odin's eye, but only if NS is cast first; someone care to confirm or dismiss this?

I dismiss it :) I just tested it and it didnt work, just like i thought.

I dont understand why the range on this is so damn low, you have to get so close to the person your casting it on that you seem a little creepy :D

get range increaser + nano range and you can cat for miles lol

nice nano but the main problem that all that ppls ask u to buff them with that getting annoying sometimes

especially when people start asking froobs for NS

Why not just get your key for this nano, it's not a hard quest at all....

As of this date, Bureaucrats and MPs can now cast this.
