5 minutes duration is too long for and individual fight, and 10 minute recharge is way too long to be able to use every few fights even.. well, cant complain about the uber perk line. This one still has annoying timing though. I'd rather have it last 1min, recharge 2min or something.

Hence use it for sparingly for the hard fights where it is going to make the most difference and just use the cyclic shields for the rest of the 5 mins.
