Gil Ogimag was the brother of Gil Ruth. He was a loner and he did not want to receive learning. He went by himself, often making long journeys to the wildest parts of the lands. As he grew older he started talking to himself, to the trees and to the rocks. His people thought he had gone mad, and they let him in peace - shunning him like people have a tendency of doing with all that they do not understand.
One day he came back from a journey, excited. He told them that now all the threads were connected - and he started going through training, to become a warrior. He absorbed all learning easily, and he made advancements like few before him had done. In addition he had his own ways of doing things; the most peculiar was his choice of weapon. He did not choose a sword or a club, but a double sword. That kind of weapon had not been in use since the days of Athna-Gadna.
Gil Ogimag soon got the chance to show his worth. The village where he came from was attacked, but he and his force threw them back. Gil Ogimag's teacher noticed his unique fighting technique, and he offered him a position as a teacher in the temple in Adonis. He did a very good job - especially in renewing and improving the disciplines of the Keeper profession. They secured an essence of his spirit there, to make this appliance - that can turn one of the weapons of the Unredeemed against themselves. Gil Ogimag has since travelled between the temples, villages and sanctuaries, to teach the new way of the Keeper.
