it's not as if you could get it below that level because you couldn't enter the IS, so why bother writing it in the item :P

@Vladja & Venderim, you can enter IS at 125 and above, great item for 125-149 advy wanting more damage than sabas can provide, also nicely pairs with a bracer of recondite flame

MA's use Phys init, so no penalty there.

Most bows also use Phys Init. Could be good for MP... if you ever find out how to keep it out of OE...
