the perception reqqs are a bit messed upp a ql 274 targeting scopes doesnt need that much percep ingame

The ql 250 is not worth 30m, more like 4 or 5. Only the higher ql's that are not blitz-able are worth that much, mostly for a 275 for the 9% crit.

40m cap is on nanos, not weapons wich do not have a cap as such (apart from being able to target them naturally)

Yeah this item is crap coz an ELLTS is better....by the same logic supple armour is crap coz commandos or sharpshooters is better. Not everyone has hundereds of millions to spend on an ELLTS, and even if they did I doubt there are even enough ELLTS for everyone who wants one. This scope is damn good, how can +336 AS and +9% crit be crap.

It's not the QL275 you want, the 9% crit starts with the QL270.

You should know, that clan solitus sb can buff everyplayer around 1k perception for a few seconds...so the perception requirement is also reachable for lvl 1 characters

Yeah, whatever skill it is that fixers have that boosts the QL of mission loot.. The -inits makes this really painful to use, but if my NT works out as planned, he'll nuke most of the time anyway, and only the AS will really be useful.
