Most likely from dynas around the same QL as this (179) +/- 10 levels or so....that would mean Belial Forest or Perpetual Wasteland dynas are the most likely place to find this.

rare drop, but worth the wait. a must have for any adve considering pvp, esp. if melee. and be happy as hell it stacks with Boon. being tough to root/snare is great for more than one reason, it also uses up your opponents nano, time, and attention, always a good thing imo.

i figure this for 20% + boon 13%, then spatial displacement for 45%.. it's 10 perks but thats 78% root/snare resistance right there without much effort.. keep up your NR and slap on a HHAB and i'd say you got practical root/snare immunity at a price you can afford.. hell even if they bust out a root/snare on you by chance 1 in 5 you just slap your root/snare removers which also give you short term immunity.. and the hunt is on! *evil grin*

Ok.... so, you really think that a lvl200 melee frub advie is going o swap 5 imps, 12 pieces of armor and 2 weapons every time he wants to self cast this? >_>
I for my part am troubled enough to switch 2 rings, 1 cloak and 1 weap to self cast the top weap line selfbuffs...

Err - what about Miy's Nano Armor Helmet and don't forget that fr00bs now have Notum Wars, so they could build a Massive Cannon Turret and add even more BioMet and MattMet that way...

The question is just you "can" or you "can't". So we see its possible. My simple build to hit requirements its not only one way, as say gumby145 you can use MCT and also you can use aomainframe, where you can find items for ur style of equipment.
