Totally, completely, utterly nerfed. 8.9s attack compared to 2.38s attack on Tranquility of the Vale, twice the nanocost and only 20s longer duration. Used to be AoE, hence the long attack, but they nerfed the AoE without nerfing the attack time. Kinda useless now.
