comi is right, resetting is not a good idea. perception can be buffed a lot by advy's and fixers though and it will not overequip.
perception itself increases chances of crits too btw, if you have the IP it's not too bad to spend it on this.

You can get this on at lvl 1, just get a lvl 205 + solitus to use his shadow breed on you, +1k perception, takes no NCU, or maybe it was 1, and any lvl can use it, you just have to have SL to receive it.

What if a MA should get this (not sure if it possible to get that percpection at lvl 220 on MA), with lower QL (Critical Increase 10+) and self crit buff, then every 3rd or so will be crit.. I heard MAs can do over 8k crits in pvm at lvl 220. Ubah

@Vladja Does Perception really raise crit chance? By how much? Is it like Inits as in every 200-400 points equals +1% crit?
