is this only boss loot or can i roll for it?

Tradeskilled from Sealed Weapon Receptacle - Soft Pepper Pistol of at least QL45. Sealed receptacles are unrollable random loot.

Occasionally in dyna loot, more often in chests in solo and team mishes, so check all those chests.

I meant the sealed weapon receptacles are found there, not the gun itself. Obviously. Sorry for the confusion.

I found 4 of them a week ago....3 in one team mission. 2 dropped off the boss and 1 in a locked chest and 4th one came from a different mission that I ran the next day (all missions were in city of home)....and to think I paid 1.5 million for two of them a month before that...LOL They were a bit higher quality than 45 though.

ok i just want the worn soft pepper pistol, not the weapon mwhatever just this gun. Where can i find it, and please explain dyna and rolling?

You can't.
Go do missions, its found in receptacles in crates or as boss loot. You'll need a tradeskiller to make the gun from the receptacle.

for the what? To add the mc ts stuff?
