Operating at a frequency much lower than is audible, these sonic effects synchronize every 20 seconds; any enemies close to the bureaucrat during that synchronization will receive a temporary mood-dampening effect. This mood-dampening effect reduces the available amount of nanobots.

Does this mean 21 hits of -336 nano. So -7056 total? Or every 20 secs -336. I don't prefer the latter :P
